Growing up, pop-tarts was one of my favorite breakfast treats. Actually, I take that back, it was one of my favorite snacks. I loved the strawberry and brown sugar cinnamon the best. But, let's face it - they're not the most nutritious. And even though I still sneak them in from time to time, there not the most "adult" of snacks either. Insert "homemade pop-tarts" and they instantly become appropriate.

Just like when you were a kid in school, mixing paint, red + green = brown. While the spinach may take away the pretty pink color of this smoothie, the added nutritional value is totally worth it.

We chose to keep it simple, by sticking with three ingredients: Champagne, Pomegranate Juice + Pomegranate Seeds. Rimming the glass with sugar was the perfect finishing touch. I named my cocktail "Sparkling Rudolf" for the fizzing bubble + the red glow.
