Outfit Inspiration | What to Wear to a Bridal Shower

This past weekend I attended a beautiful bridal shower for a dear friend, Sylvia that was hosted by my amazingly talented BFF, Yaz.  If you follow me on instagram, then you have seen some of the amazing events she has put together in the past.  Here is a small peek in to what she created for Syl's bridal shower, with the table setting and overall decor - minus the chair and tables, everything else she brought in for the event.

Now what does one where to an event celebrating the bride to be... sparkles of course! And, sparkles is exactly what I wore.  You may remember this Valentino skirt from all my Maxxinista of the Month moment, back in March.  When it came to deciding what to wear for the event, I decided to spare my wallet and shop my closet, working with pieces in my existing wardrobe.

The top and handbag I have had for years now, both from Michael Kors and the shoes are last season Zara.  But all together each items looks new and fresh and perfect for a summer bridal shower.
