Hello and Happy Wednesday! I am so happy to share with you the newest collaboration that Sage + Sparkle is a part of, hosted by my friend, Christine of Petite Hues, featuring six fashion bloggers rocking the latest trends from LA to NY. For the next six weeks, every Wednesday, you can expect to see one trend, styled six ways, by the six fabulous ladies above.

6 Fashion Bloggers + 6 Current Trends = 1 Amazing Collaboration

When Christine reached out, last week about the collaboration, I was excited, but my anxiety quickly kicked in when she said the first look, would be due the following week. Typically that would not be a problem, as I prep all my outfit post on the weekends, but since I was mid way through a week-long trip to the west coast for work and would be visiting with my family for the weekend, heading back to NY for 6 hours, then gone again to Ohio and Atlanta... I was a little nervous on how I was going to get it all done. Luckily the first trend was "leather", and my carry-on just so happened to have 3 different leather options to choose from. What can I say, it's a staple in my wardrobe this time of year and a fashion blogger is always prepared, even when traveling.

Enough background, let's talk about the looks! Don't you LOVE how the other five ladies styled this fabulous fall trend?!? I see a few leather skirts (huge for fall), leather leggings (a must), and Olivia's fabulous over the knee boats, can not be missed. I particularly loved the way Christine styled her faux leather leggings with these Michael Kors leather booties (similar here), creating the illusion of leather legging boots, which were the talk of the town at Lucky FABB. Great job, ladies!!! I decided to go with my favorite suede fringe skirt, topped with another fav, my brown leather moto jacket, mixing leather with suede as I'm all about textures.
