Christmas Spirit // Plaid, Stripes, Sequins, + Sparkle

The finally week leading up to Christmas has been packed for me.  I can imagine the same for you too?  Last week I was in Houston for work, got back Saturday afternoon, headed to a small birthday celebration for a friend that night and then jetted off to California for Christmas with my love Sunday evening.  I'm so happy to be home for Christmas and spend some quality time with my family.  Even more happy that my Grandma + Grandpa made it (they took the train).  As they get older and their health isn't the best, I cherish every moment we have together.

Now, Christmas Eve, we're off to join the rest of the last minute shoppers.  Yes, I am one of those people this year, who hasn't bought a single thing yet and will be doing all of my Christmas shopping the day before (insert shame here)! But, in my defense, traveling across the country with gifts isn't the easiest, so really this is the best option.

So I'm putting on my Santa hat and my love and I will be zooming around in our little red (rented) VW, crossing everyone off or list.
