Avocado Banana Mango | Smoothie Recipe
I can't tell you how excited I was yesterday, when I realized that we have Columbus Day off next Monday - which means a three-day weekend is on the horizon! Three day Fall weekends are the best! I'm already plotting a trip to the pumpkin patch, along with some apple and pear picking and a delicious apple cider donut. But alas, it is only Tuesday and first we have to get through the week before all this fun fall indulging can begin.
In steps today's smoothie recipe - creamy, delicious and the perfect kickstart to your day.

- 1/2 an avocado
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup frozen mango
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 granola
- 1 1/4 tablespoons chia seeds
- Add all to blender and blend until smooth
- Fill cup about half way, then add the granola and top with chia seeds (save a little for the top)
- Fill the rest of the cup with the smoothie then top with remaining chia seeds
Tip: Slicing the banana first helps to speed up the blending process.
