Gluten Free Pink Bagel Recipe

Yesterday, I made my second batch of gluten free bagels, adapted from a recipe @organic_olivia shared earlier this week! But this time, I made them PINK!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups 1-for-1 gluten free all purpose flour @pamelasproducts

  • 3 Tablespoons Baking Power

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt

  • 1/2 cup puréed strawberries

  • 1-2 Tablespoons Natural Red Food Coloring @gosupernatural

Mix dry ingredients. Add puréed strawberry, mix. Add natural food coloring, mix. Add more GF flour as needed. Move to floured surface and continue to knead. If dough is super sticky, add more flour.

Divide dough into 12 parts.

Roll and form into heart shapes. Pinch edges to seal.

Brush tops with egg whites and bake at 375, for 35 min. Turn off over and let sit an additional 5 min. Then remove. Let cool for 30min minimum, then enjoy.

Can store for 3-4 days, in a sealed container in the fridge.
