One question that I am asked constantly, is where I shop for my boys. As someone with a background in fashion, dressing my kids is truly fun for me. I know little girls get all the attention, when it comes to cute clothes for kiddos, but since becoming a boy mom, I have made it my mission to make dressing little boys just as appealing – and going on 6yrs in, it truly has been a blast! Yes, there is something about a matchy-matchy mommy and me moment, that always gets me too. But I challenge you to find the ways to have mommy and me moments with your little boys – I promise it’s equally as fun. This give me an idea for a future style post… it’s been a while since I’ve shared a good mommy and me moment. Those of you that have been around for a while, will remember my #twinningwithjayden days on instagram… I think I need to bring it back!

In our house, we love color. Well, 3 out of 4 of us do… my husband sticks to mostly neutrals, but will venture out now and then. And by venture out I meant the occasional yellow, green and on very rare occasions pink, but never all together. When I pulled together these pieces for my boys, I showed my husband and he said, “well at least I don’t have to wear that” lol, but when I showed my boys they both got so excited and then proceeded to argue of which pieces were for who (which is why I end up buying two of a lot of things).

All of the pieces I pulled together, can be mixed and matched which is key to having a functional wardrobe and also looking coordinated, which I love. They are also affordable too. I think only one or two are just under $50, with the majority of the pieces being under $20.

Hopefully this is helpful as you pick up a few pieces for your kiddos this season. Even if you’re not shopping, hopefully they can help in pulling together outfits from items you already own. Shopping second hand is also great too and you can use these collages as inspiration in your hunt. Let me know if you’d like to see more post like this in the future. I used to do them all the time, back in the beginning of my blogging journey and recently have been wanting to incorporate them again.
