INGREDIENTS:⁣

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion⁣

  • 1 tbsp minced Garlic ⁣

  • 1/2lb Organic Ground Beef ⁣

  • Dash of Onion Salt ⁣

  • 1 container of Organic Arugula ⁣

  • 1 1/2 cup Plantain Chips ⁣

  • 1 avocado, sliced ⁣2 Egg ⁣

  • 3 tbsp EVOO ⁣

  • Kosher salt & pepper ⁣

⁣Instructions:

  1. Add 1/2 tbsp of oil to pan and sauté onions and garlic⁣

  2. Add ground beef, mix together, add a dash of onion salt and cook evenly ⁣

  3. In the same pan, cook 1 egg, over easy⁣

  4. On the side mix together 2 tbsp of EVOO and 1 tbsp minced garlic. Sprinkle in a dash of salt and pepper to taste and set aside. ⁣⁣

  5. Assemble bowl, arugula first, then plantain chips to your liking. Add ground beef mixture, sliced avocado and sliced cherry tomatoes. Top with egg over easy and garlic sauce. Enjoy! ⁣
