Savory Breakfast Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp minced Garlic
1/2lb Organic Ground Beef
Dash of Onion Salt
1 container of Organic Arugula
1 1/2 cup Plantain Chips
1 avocado, sliced 2 Egg
3 tbsp EVOO
Kosher salt & pepper
Instructions:
Add 1/2 tbsp of oil to pan and sauté onions and garlic
Add ground beef, mix together, add a dash of onion salt and cook evenly
In the same pan, cook 1 egg, over easy
On the side mix together 2 tbsp of EVOO and 1 tbsp minced garlic. Sprinkle in a dash of salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
Assemble bowl, arugula first, then plantain chips to your liking. Add ground beef mixture, sliced avocado and sliced cherry tomatoes. Top with egg over easy and garlic sauce. Enjoy!
