While it seems like summer finally hit the Northeast... it's still the end of August and I can't help but think of my favorite season.  With fall, comes cooler temps, especially at night but the days can still be rather warm - in steps transitional style.  What I love about this outfit, for late August into September, is the versatility.  The silk tank layered with a cropped tweed like jacket adds while the jeans cuffed still feel fun and weather appropriate.  The addition of the straw fedora is my favorite way to transition any outfit from summer into fall. And let's not forget the shoes! I am head over heels in love with this new brogues style lace up, from Michael Kors, which also comes in houndstooth.  I couldn't find them anywhere on the internet for you, but once they're available I will be sure to let you all know.  In the mean time, they are available in store.
