Inspiration // Garance Doré

Attending the ALT Summit Keynote, given by Garance Doré, was one of the highlights of my trip (and that's saying a lot). As with any good keynote, Garance inspired, motivated and educated. If you don't follow fashion blogs, you may not know who she is... and if that's the case then thank me now, for introducing you. Her blog, Garance Doré, focuses on fashion, with a mix of photography and illustrations (both by her) is a must see! During her keynote she talked about everything from what inspires here, to the difficulties of blogging, to how she has grown, and the importance of finding your voice, yet realizing it will evolve as you evolve, and knowing that's okay. One of my favorite quotes (besides the two I highlighted above and below) was... "When you've grown your thick skin, there the magic will happen."

I think I speak for everyone when I say, we left inspired and motivated for the next few days we had ahead of us at ALT Summit, and I personally fell even more in love with the brand and the person, Garance Doré.
